Post-Banding Pulmonary Artery Pseudoaneurysm

Following pulmonary artery banding and left subclavian aortoplasty, a neonate developed a staphylococcal wound infection and a pseudoaneurysm of the pulmonary artery. She died of uncontrolled sepsis.
