Giant Left Atrial Myxoma Like "Mickey Mouse"

Transesophageal echocardiography showed a giant left atrial myxoma (Figure 1A
) similar to the head of Mickey Mouse (Figure 1B
) in a 55-year-old woman admitted to our institution with palpitations and fatigue when walking. The patient was successfully operated upon by right transatrial and transseptal access and the tumor with two lobes like Mickeys ears was removed (Figure 2
).
