SEPTAL MOTION AFTER PDA CLOSURE

I read with interest article by Dr. Galal et al1 and must agree with author about LV dysfunction after PDA clousre.2 Did author study effect on Septal Motion after and before PDA closure? Septal dysmotility is a part of Global RV dysfunction prior to closure in large PDA.1 It may be interesting to study septal motility3 prior and after PDA closure. Again I must congratulate Dr. Galal and his team for this important contribution in Cardiac Medicine.
