A 65-year old female was admitted with a huge cystosarcoma phyllodes of the breast invading the chest wall (Figures 1Go, 2Go). Complete resection was achieved. Chest wall reconstruction was performed with a Marlex mesh covered with a muscle flap. Recurrence occurred 4 years later; the patient died with disseminated disease.
