A four year-old girl who developed bilateral pneumothorax was treated by chest tube drainages after a car accident. A rigid bronchoscopy was performed after the atelectasis of the left lung which revealed a stump at the left main bronchus (Figure 1a

). She was operated via left thoracotomy (Figure 2a

). She was discharged on postoperative day 6.
